Oblivious Alien (Animation Exercise)

This was a short animation exercise I worked on in my free time, where I designed and rigged an alien character, and then animated it to a couple of clips of dialogue.

I used Toon Boom Harmony for the animation and then used After Effects for the shadow in the post production.

​

It was an exercise to push my design skills and learn new tricks and techniques for rigging Toon Boom characters.

For each of these animations, I've take an audio clip and animated the character to the audio. It was a great way to demonstrate how I imagine this new alien's personality.
