DV Mission 2021 - Deception Point (48 Hour Challenge)
I worked with Stop Mo Studios to create a short film for the DV Mission 2021, where we created a short film in 48 hours!
The challenge involved creating a short film around the title 'Deception Point', and the film had to be a Cold War spy film and include a particular quote from the organisers.
The film shows the story of a secret agent in the Cold War, who must go undercover through enemy territory to rescue an old friend: but his mission doesn't go according to plan!
I animated the characters in Toon Boom Harmony, drawing the key frames of the actions to create the characters while staying a quick pace. I edited together the final film as well as complete some additional After Effects animation, and we finished the film in time!
